Privacy Policy
Last Updated: June 19, 2026
1. Overview
Prompt Foundry ("we", "us", "our") operates the website promptfoundry.me (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We have written this policy to be plain-spoken rather than legalistic, and we keep the amount of data we collect intentionally small.
2. Information We Collect
Prompt Foundry does not collect any personal information from visitors. Specifically:
Prompt builder inputs. The text you type into our framework forms (CRAFT, RISE, CO-STAR, CARE, and TAG) is assembled into a finished prompt entirely in your browser. We do not transmit those inputs to our servers and we do not store them.
Contact. The Contact page is a plain email link. When you click it, your own email client opens and you send a message directly to us — that message never passes through our servers and is not stored in any database we operate. We can only read what you choose to send us.
No accounts, no forms. Prompt Foundry does not offer user accounts, newsletters, or any form that collects information.
Server logs. Like nearly every website, our hosting provider records standard request logs (IP address, user-agent, timestamp, path) for short periods, used for security, abuse prevention, and reliability. We do not actively analyse or join these logs to any other data.
3. How We Use Information
Because we do not collect personal information from visitors, the only use of "information" is replying to emails you choose to send to us. We use those messages solely to respond to your question or feedback. We do not run behavioural tracking, profiling, or marketing analytics on visitors.
4. Cookies and Local Storage
Prompt Foundry does not set any first-party cookies and does not write to your browser's local storage. The site is fully usable without cookies.
The analytics service we use (see the next section) is cookieless and sets no cookies. You can clear cookies and local storage at any time from your browser settings.
5. Third-Party Services
Cloudflare Web Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand roughly how many people visit the site and which pages are popular. It is a privacy-first, cookieless service: it does not use cookies, does not fingerprint or track individual visitors, and does not collect personal data or build profiles of you across sites. The metrics it reports to us are aggregate and anonymous. For details, see Cloudflare's privacy documentation on their website.
AI providers. Some features may forward your input to third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI or Anthropic) so they can return a result. We do not retain those inputs after the request completes.
6. Your Choices and Rights
You can:
- Ask us what personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete that data.
- Withdraw consent for any optional processing.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at info.promptfoundry@gmail.com from the address you used. We respond within a reasonable timeframe.
7. Data Retention and Security
Since we do not store visitor data, there is nothing for us to retain. Emails you send to us live in our normal email account and are retained as long as is useful for the conversation — you can ask us to delete a thread at any time. We serve the site over HTTPS so that requests to it cannot be read in transit.
8. Children
Prompt Foundry is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. Since the site does not collect personal information from anyone, this is mostly a formality — but it's worth stating plainly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
